What we collect

When you submit the contact form or call us, we collect the information you provide: name, phone, email, address or city, and a description of what you need. We use that information to get back to you and to match you with an HVAC crew.

Calls are recorded

Calls to our number are answered by a recorded line. Messages are recorded and transcribed so we can return the call and pass your request to a local crew. California is an all-party consent state, so the recording notice plays before the message begins. If you would rather not be recorded, use the contact form or email instead.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request and to match you with an HVAC crew in our network. We share your name, contact details, and job description with that crew so they can reach you and schedule the work. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for any other purpose.

Analytics

We use basic web analytics to understand which pages are useful to visitors. Analytics cookies record aggregate data and do not identify you personally.

Your rights

You can request a copy of any personal information we have about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing info@heatprosd.com.
